Overview
I used the soaked fungus and day lily to cook for my mother. I couldn’t use them all at once, and the rest was used to make musu pork for my husband. He didn't like fried cucumbers, so he used green peppers instead of cucumbers.

Soak the cooked fungus and day lily.

Pork slices.

Slice green peppers.

Beat two eggs.

Stir up.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the egg liquid to the hot oil.
