Overview
Soy yogurt is made from soybeans, fresh milk, and white sugar as raw materials, and is fermented at a suitable temperature by adding appropriate yogurt powder. Wash 50 grams of soybeans, add 1000 ml of water, use a wall breaker to make soy milk, and add 70 grams of white sugar to taste while hot.

Strain 700 grams of soy milk and cool it until it is not hot to the touch.
