I have always wanted to make simple porridge more nutritious and delicious, so I came up with this nourishing porridge. The ingredients and combinations are all randomly mixed in the kitchen. It has a smooth texture, and I believe children will also like it! You can give it a try, hehe

  1. First choose a raw bird’s nest of suitable size

  2. Soak your hair with mineral water

  3. After simply picking out the hair and passing it through water twice, steam the bird's nest in a steamer for 15-20 minutes

  4. Prepare the ingredients for porridge, red dates, wolfberry, longan, and rinse them with water

  5. Prepare a small handful of millet and the same amount of rice, rinse well and set aside

  6. Pour the ingredients in steps 4 and 5 into the Midea porridge pot (this picture is a photo I took when I was cooking red date porridge. In order to let everyone see this porridge cooking artifact, I will add a clearer picture next time). After about 35 minutes, the porridge is ready.
