Pastoral pizza is my husband’s favorite. There is no meat in it and it is all vegetarian. Fortunately, there is pineapple in it, otherwise I really wouldn’t like it. It has a very light taste and is not bad

Except butter, mix all the ingredients into a dough

Put the butter into the dough and knead it into a smooth dough

Knead until smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap

Place the cut pineapple pieces into a baking pan and bake in the oven to remove the moisture

Put the green beans, corn kernels, and carrots into the pot and cook until the water is released

Boil green and red peppers with water to control the water content

Ferment until it doubles in size and the inside of the dough is filled with pores

Apply a thin layer of butter or salad oil on the pizza pan, place the rolled dough into the pizza pan, press the dough with your hands until it is as big as the plate, and squeeze out a round edge around the edge

Use a fork to poke vent holes in the crust and let it rise again for about 20 minutes

Spread tomato sauce on the crust

Sprinkle 2/3 of mozzarella cheese cut into thin strips

Arrange onion pieces, green and red pepper rings, sprinkle with green beans, corn, and carrots

Arrange pineapple chunks

Sprinkle with pizza grass and basil leaves

Sprinkle the remaining cheese and brush the edges of the cake with egg wash

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes
