Condensed Milk Shortbread, super simple hard shortbread cookies
Overview
This is a butter biscuit with a simple recipe and zero difficulty in making. It has a hard and crisp texture, like a stick, but is full of rich condensed milk flavor. As a basic recipe, it can be used to make cartoon-printed biscuits, or you can add colored biscuits such as cocoa powder, matcha powder, and red yeast powder (use 10 grams of the same amount in place of the cake flour). Serving size: Two trays of the baking trays provided in a 30L oven. Baking: Dongling Baking Cube DL-K38E oven has a top and bottom heat of 150 degrees and a bottom heat of 130 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes; other ovens have a top and bottom heat of 180 degrees and a middle level of about 20 minutes

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the ingredients, soften the butter and set aside.
-
Add caster sugar to butter and beat evenly.
-
Add condensed milk all at once and beat on low speed until completely combined.
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Mix until loose.
-
Wearing gloves, knead the loose flour into a ball.
-
Line a biscuit mold with a layer of plastic wrap, then fill it with dough and press it neatly. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to harden the dough.
-
Take out the frozen dough, unmold it and cut it into 0.6 cm thick sheets. Try to cut it as evenly thick as possible!
-
Place the dough sheets on a baking sheet lined with silicone mat or parchment paper, about two plates apart.

After baking the first pan, bake the second pan. The baking time of the second pan will generally be shorter than that of the first pan. Pay attention to the color of the biscuits in the last few minutes and take them out in advance.

You can also use the same dough without making frozen biscuits, put it directly into a plastic bag, roll it into a 0.6 cm thick dough sheet, and print it with a biscuit mold.
-
You can then bake using the same baking conditions.
