Bacon Rice
Overview
I dry the bacon myself, but the ones I eat outside are cooked in a casserole. The two casseroles at home are both used for making soup and are relatively large, so I will make do with the rice cooker first and buy another one later.

If you dry your own bacon, cut the skin and meat separately and set aside.

Put the meat in the pan and stir-fry some oil.

Put rice in the rice cooker, add water, put the unfried pork skin and fried meat in the pot, and press Cook

When the rice is cooked, add chopped green onion and coriander, stir
