Wash the pork belly, chop into mince and add soy sauce to taste. Chop the onion and ginger into fine pieces, add to the minced meat, stir vigorously with chopsticks clockwise, and let it sit for a while to taste. Wash the leeks and cut into fine pieces (do not chop with a knife); chop a few cabbage leaves into fine pieces and wring out the water; add the cabbage and leeks into the minced meat, stir evenly with chopsticks, and add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, salt and fresh vegetables to taste.

Choose a clean basin, pour an appropriate amount of water and flour, mix into a dough, then let it rest for 10 minutes. Then knead the dough smooth, cut it into small sections, and start rolling out the dough. Put an appropriate amount of filling on the dough, then fold the dough in half and pinch it together.
