Wash the old tofu

Cut old tofu into cubes

Laodoufu on a plate

Trim the size of Lao Tofu

Use a knife to cut the large yellow croaker from the tail and remove half of the fish

When cutting to the head, hold the fish head up and cut in half

Marinate the cut large yellow croaker with a little salt and cooking wine for a while

Yellow croaker cut into half

Cut into sections and place on top of the old tofu

Cut both sides of the yellow croaker into sections and place them on top of the old tofu

Cut the bell peppers into shreds

First put shredded ginger in the middle of the fish, then put shredded colored pepper on top of the shredded ginger

Pour a little cooking wine into the plate, put the yellow croaker into the steamer and steam until it is almost cooked but not yet cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion and continue steaming

After steaming, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce (you can also drizzle with hot oil, I didn’t drizzle it here), and you can start eating. It’s really fresh
