  1. Put oil in a casserole, slice tofu and place into the low bottom of the casserole.

  2. Peel the eggplant, cut into strips, mix with a little salt, then boil water in a pot and blanch the eggplant.

  3. Slice bacon and set aside.

  4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add eggplant and stir-fry until soft, add bacon and stir-fry until flavourful.
