Pick 30 grams of fresh mulberry leaves

Wash the mulberry leaves and chop them with a knife and set aside

Put chopped mulberry leaves, an appropriate amount of yeast, cold boiled water and 500 grams of flour into a basin and stir with chopsticks as shown

Mix well and then knead it with your hands into a smooth dough and wait for it to rise
