Peach Gum and Tremella Soup
Overview
Peach gum has a nice name, called Peach Blossom Tears. It has the effects of clearing away heat, quenching thirst, nourishing the skin and anti-aging. As the autumn wind blows and the weather becomes dry, stew peach gum and white fungus together over low heat until both white fungus and peach gum become gelatin, which can detoxify and nourish the skin.
