Chopped pepper sauce
Overview
I planted two peppers on the balcony, originally just for viewing. Unexpectedly, they grew well and the harvest was pretty good. The red ones were very festive, so I also learned how to make chopped pepper sauce.

Steps
-
Home-grown small peppers, washed and dried
-
The required ingredients are ready. I used small chili peppers and pickled peppers because small chili peppers are too spicy
-
Chop ginger and garlic into pieces
-
Chop the pickled pepper into fine pieces
-
Cut small peppers into small pieces
-
Place the minced chili pepper, ginger and garlic into a deep basin without oil and water
-
Add salt and sugar until the white wine is high
-
Mix well
-
Boil the bottle containing chili sauce in boiling water to sterilize it, making sure it is oil-free and water-free.

The red color is very pleasing. After sealing the bottle, let it ferment at room temperature for one day and then put it in the refrigerator for a week.
