Condensed milk rice flour cookies
Overview
Continue to solve the problem of hoarding rice noodles. The biscuits are made of baby rice flour and low-gluten flour, with honey and condensed milk added, baby formula milk powder, corn oil, and no eggs added. The finished product does not have the crispy texture of butter cookies, but tastes sweet and crunchy, like baby teething biscuits.
