Wash and cut the beef into large slices, not too thin. Use a meat patter or the back of a knife to pat the beef into thin slices. Spread a little salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

Slice the onion and smash the garlic with a knife

Put 30 grams of butter in the pot, heat it to 50% heat, add beef slices, fry both sides until browned, then serve out

Add the remaining butter to the pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, add the beef to the pot and simmer together

Pour 280ML beer into the pot, add bay leaves, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Cook until it boils slightly for about 8 minutes, then remove from the pot.
