Add milk to sugar and cook over low heat, stirring until fine bubbles appear around the edges.

Add the black tea bag, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the gelatine powder and pour into a container.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until solid.

Remove and cut into pieces.

Blanch pearls in boiling water until they float.

Drain the water, mix well with milk tea jelly and serve.
