Steamed quail eggs with mushrooms
Overview
My daughter doesn’t like to eat fungi, so I came up with this method

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the mushrooms
-
Use a knife to cut off the stems of the mushrooms, then mix salt and pepper and apply it on the mushrooms (equivalent to flooding)
-
Break in quail eggs
-
Steam in a pot
-
While we are waiting for steaming, prepare the sauce. A spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and pepper, add some water to adjust the sauce and it is ready
-
After five minutes, pour the sauce over the pot, put a spoonful on each top, then cover and steam for ten minutes
-
Okay, it’s out of the pan and it tastes very fresh
