Bread machine version of carrot toast
Overview
Carrots have a wide range of functions, but some people find it difficult to accept the taste of carrot juice. However, we can use carrot juice instead of water to make bread that is not only beautiful in color, but also rich in nutrients.

Add carrot juice and eggs to bread pan.

Put sugar and salt in the diagonal corner, then add milk powder and high-gluten flour.

Choose regular kneading for 40 minutes. (Including stirring (1) for 10 minutes, fermentation (1) for 10 minutes, stirring (2) for 15 minutes, fermentation (2) for 5 minutes)
