A spoon for eating, a spoonful of quinoa. Rinse once with clean water and simmer over low heat for 12 minutes.

Wash and slice cherry radishes, set aside.

Wash and cut cherry tomatoes into pieces, set aside.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and take only the tender cabbage heart.

Wash the avocado, run a knife lengthwise around the core, and then twist the avocado open with both hands. Cut half into cubes.

Remove the salmon from the refrigerator, peel and dice.

Cook the quinoa until small white rings appear, remove and drain and set aside.

A spoonful of pine nuts.

Prepare half a lemon, black pepper and pink salt, and avocado oil.

Place all ingredients on a plate, stir in seasonings and serve.
