Soak the fungus in advance, cut the cucumber into thin strips, and blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water.

Add bitter chrysanthemum + chopped coriander + fungus + cucumber + enoki mushroom to the pot.

Pour in some fried cooked peanuts.

Start seasoning with oyster sauce + sugar and vinegar + sesame oil + light soy sauce + minced garlic + chili oil + salt.
