Frosted Christmas Cookies

Overview

This year for Christmas, I made my son’s favorite cookies. Because I've been too busy lately, I haven't had time to upload. Frosted biscuits are relatively sweet, so you can put as little sugar as possible in the original biscuits.

Steps

  1. Melt butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until feathery.

  2. Sift in cake flour.

  3. Form the flour into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.

  4. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out shapes with a mold, and place on a baking sheet. The oven is set to 180 degrees and it will be ready in 10 minutes.

  5. After the cookies come out of the oven, let them cool and then paint patterns on them with icing sugar.

  6. How to make frosting: Add a little white vinegar to 20 grams of egg whites, then add 120 grams of powdered sugar, and whip until it becomes frosty.

  7. When the icing on the surface of the cookies is dry, you can bag them and give them away!
