Have ingredients ready for later use.

Pour a spoonful of sushi vinegar (lemon juice can also be used) into the rice.

Wrap the sushi mat twice in advance with plastic wrap and add a piece of seaweed.

Top with rice.

Place your favorite toppings in turn and top with salad dressing.

Roll them up one by one, pressing them firmly when rolling.
