Authentic-KFC Portuguese Egg Tart

I have made them at KFC before, and I have always been fond of egg tarts. I recently bought a new oven and can’t wait to make them. Absolutely authentic and cheaper than going to the store. There is a bag of tart shells, of various contents, and they basically come with tin tart shells, so just buy something similar. I was too lazy to just buy ready-made ones for convenience hehe.

This is exclusive to KFC. If you can't buy it, other brands are the same. But it must be pure. This one has a lot of fat.

There are many in this supermarket. If you can't buy this, buy another brand.

Start by beating the egg yolks into a bowl. ***Only egg yolks, not egg whites*** Remember! ! ! Put all 6 in.

Then add 125 ml of pure milk. 250ml whipping cream. Add two tablespoons of sugar. If you like it sweet, you can add more. Milk and cream. It's best to have a measuring cup, because the data must be accurate. Otherwise, if it doesn't taste good, you really can't think of a solution on your own. Just don't be too outrageous.
