Bitter Lily Salad with Cucumber
Overview
Lily was given to our family by someone. It is really bitter. I searched on the Internet and got a rough idea of the variety of bitter lily. It is suitable for sprinkling some in soup. But I have a big bag at home and I really don’t know when I will eat it, so I took the materials and made this dish.

The first step is critical, which is to remove the bitter taste of bitter lily. First break off one lily leaf, wash it, and then blanch it in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Finally, soak the blanched lily in cold water overnight.

Wash and cut cucumber into shreds. (There are many styles of cucumbers in my picture, mainly because I bought a new set of knives, so I just tried them out)

Chill the soaked bitter lilies and cucumbers together, add sesame oil, vinegar, salt and Laoganma.
