Steps
-
When the rice is cooked, break it up with chopsticks. Wash and blanch the broccoli. Remove the fluffy green crown from the stem and chop it into pieces. Then prepare some meat floss.
-
Pour some sushi vinegar into the rice and mix well. Adjust the amount of sushi vinegar according to the amount of rice. I poured about a spoonful.
-
Add the chopped broccoli to the rice and stir well
-
Spread the rice flat on your hands, put some meat floss in the middle (you can also wrap other favorite ingredients), it is best to wear disposable kitchen gloves, otherwise it will be very sticky, then cover it with some rice and wrap it up, just press it together with both hands. Forgive me for not taking a picture of wrapping the rice balls, I only have two hands and they are wrapping the rice balls.

For the finished picture, I fried a few more quail eggs and put them on top. It looks cute and it also increases the protein intake.

Pair it with soup and bacon rolls, and you've got a beautiful and nutritious breakfast!
