My husband likes the pickled ginger I made. We don’t like chili but we like the spiciness of ginger.

Wash it clean. If you wash it with raw water, dry it in the sun. If you wash it with pure water, you don’t need to dry it. You can slice it directly

After slicing, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well, and let it sit for ten minutes. The soup bowl at home is not big enough, so I just put it in the pot and mix it

Add appropriate amount of white vinegar and mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to taste better
