  1. Soak soybeans overnight in winter

  2. Use a wall breaking machine to make soy milk, and control the total amount of water to 1600ml

  3. Soy milk is filtered with cloth bags

  4. Pour the filtered soy milk into the pot. No one can leave at this time

  5. I removed the bubble powder and it tastes good

  6. After 100 degrees, cook for five minutes

  7. First put a bag of brine in the rice cooker, then pour in the soy milk that has been cooled to 80 degrees. The rice cooker has the heat preservation function and it will be ready in 20 minutes.

  8. Pour the tofu into a leaky basin and press for 30-60 minutes

  9. Press the tofu and pour it into the plate

  10. I pressed for an hour. Tastes good 👍
