Overview
This is a home-cooked dish, delicious and simple. My family makes it often and everyone likes to eat it. Japanese scientists believe that cabbage contains antioxidant nutrients, and its anti-aging and antioxidant effects are at the same high level as mango bamboo shoots and cauliflower.
