Prepare ingredients
-
Mix cocoa powder with flour and baking soda, chop almonds and set aside.
-
Pour the powdered sugar into a large bowl of softened butter at room temperature.

Stir the powdered sugar and butter evenly, and pour the eggs in portions. Wait until the eggs are completely mixed with the butter and powdered sugar before pouring in the next time.

Sift in the cocoa powder and baking soda mixture.
-
Pour in the chopped almonds.
-
Mix all the ingredients and knead into several portions. Shape one part into a rectangle, 1 cm thick.
-
Cut into long, even strips and place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
-
Preheat the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, and bake until the biscuits become hard when pressed with your hands.
-
Cool and serve after taking out of the oven. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for at least a week.
