Beat two eggs in a bowl

Break it up with chopsticks

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water. Do not use freshly boiled water, otherwise it will become egg drop soup

Put it into a pot and steam it over water

Steam it for about seven or eight minutes and open it. Mine was because the twins were fighting. I burst into tears and didn’t have time to turn off the heat. It was a bit too steamy😳
