Hug Bear Cookies
Overview
This is a cute little bear biscuit that is egg-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free and I accidentally came across it when I was browsing the Internet. It’s easy to make and no need to refrigerate the dough~

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Put the syrup, honey and salad oil in a mixing bowl, and stir evenly with a whisk.
-
Mix and sift low-gluten flour, starch and salt, then add 1. medium...
-
Use a spatula to mix evenly into a dough.
-
Place the dough from 3. between two pieces of baking paper, use a rolling pin to roll it into a 0.2 cm thick dough, and use a bear mold to mold out bear cakes (can make about 18 pieces).
-
Use toothpicks to make the eyes and mouth of the bear.
-
After placing a nut in the middle of the bear's body, gently pull the bear's two hands onto the nut.
-
If you find that the dough is slightly cracked or even broken when you pull your hands, don't be too nervous. As long as the cracked area is kneaded like clay, gently reconnected and smoothed with the warmth of your hands, the cracks will be invisible.
-
You can also use the remaining dough to shape into small balls and make small tails, and stick them on the bear’s butt to become a back killer :p
-
Arrange the bears on a baking sheet lined with oven paper, put them in the preheated oven, bake at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes to color, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees C and bake for 10 minutes.
-
Place the baked bears on a cooling rack and let cool.
