Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough program to the end.

Add room temperature softened butter and start kneading process again to the end. (Republic twice)

Make the basic fermentation of the dough until it is 2.5 times in size.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the purple sweet potato puree and mix well.

Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.

Roll out into thick dough.

Repeat the same steps twice more and roll out into thick slices.

Put the dough into a 450g toast mold, put it into the oven and start the fermentation pan, put a plate of warm water at the bottom, and ferment the dough for the second time until the mold is 9 minutes full.
