Strawberry and cream two-color pudding
Overview
During strawberry season, strawberry pudding is a must-try. This two-color pudding is made with strawberries and cream, red and white. The theme of this competition is color creation, so let’s use the color of strawberry to create a red color. When creating, tilt the cup and pour the pudding liquid into it, so that it looks dynamic and has a stronger three-dimensional effect. It is best to filter the strawberry pudding liquid when making it, so that the color of the finished product will be more beautiful, but of course it can also be used, and the color will be slightly darker. The small bottle in the finished picture is unfiltered and the color is slightly darker.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the gelatine sheets in ice water until soft and set aside
-
Put the light cream and milk into the pot, add 10 grams of rock sugar powder, and stir evenly
-
After boiling, add gelatine slices, turn off the heat and stir well
-
Place the cup tilted, pour the cream pudding liquid into the cup, and refrigerate until solidified
-
Marinate strawberries with sugar until soup comes out
-
Cook over low heat until strawberries are soft. If the soup is too little, you can add a little water, but I didn’t add any water
-
Use a cooking stick to stir into a paste
-
Filter through a mesh sieve to make the color look better
-
Stir in the hot gelatine until softened, then add a spoonful of marshmallow paste. It's just pasty marshmallow, I used the caramel flavored one.
-
Stir thoroughly to form strawberry pudding liquid
-
Place the solidified cream pudding cup flat, pour in the strawberry pudding liquid, and continue to refrigerate until solidified
-
Dig a spoonful of strawberry pudding, sour and sweet
-
Dig two flavors of pudding at the same time, the milky and fruity flavors blend into each other, and the taste is smooth and delicate.
