Tomato baked eggs
Overview
During the Olympic Games, I also jumped on the trend and made a five-ring tomato baked egg. Made in an electric baking pan, very fast. It’s just that it’s so big that it’s a bit difficult to take pictures.

The ingredients are ready, prepare an extra tomato

Take the middle part of each tomato and remove the tomato flesh in the middle, leaving only the outer ring. Try to make the rings the same size

Put the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat them up

Preheat the electric baking pan, first place the tomato rings on the bottom plate, arrange them in a good position, and then pour a little vegetable oil

After the oil is hot, pour the beaten egg liquid into the tomato rings, and pour the rest outside the tomato rings

Place the lid on the electric baking pan and heat until fully cooked

Cut off the four sides and it will be much neater
