King oyster mushroom, loofah and tofu soup
Overview
First of all, I would like to thank the judges for seeing this recipe of mine. Because the steps were taken with a mobile phone, the effect is not very good. I hope the judges will forgive me. Regarding king oyster mushrooms, I only know how to cook king oyster mushrooms using oil, but I have never tried it. Pinch of loofah, I only know seafood like watermelon and fried shrimps. An accidental idea, would it be good to put shrimps and king oyster mushrooms together to make soup? Since king oyster mushrooms can consume oil, and seafood consumes most of the oil, then king oyster mushrooms and loofah naturally like seafood, and tofu and seafood are a perfect match. Here, dried shrimps are used instead of seafood. So this King Oyster Mushroom, Luffa and Tofu Soup came into being. After having it for the first time, my husband said it was delicious. He ordered it several times and never got bored. Let’s all try it together.
