Egg tart
Overview
Stir together 30 grams of white sugar + 250 ml of pure milk + 3 eggs + 2 teaspoons of condensed milk, add an appropriate amount of raisins as a base, then pour the prepared egg liquid into the tart crust, preheat the oven, and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. My tutorial is like this.
