Mascarpone Whole Wheat Raisin Toast
Overview
A box of mascarpone originally had various ideas for it, including bread. Unexpectedly, when the action came, it would freeze as soon as I opened it. It's a good thing I didn't knead the dough beforehand, otherwise, the mascarpone wouldn't be able to be used as filling, and the dough would be really embarrassing. I quickly changed my mind. The injured mascarpone could not reproduce its silky smooth texture. It would be good to knead it into the dough and turn it into bread. I just happened to catch a glimpse of the mascarpone toast and quickly looked for it. Half a pound of noodles, the bread machine version, I am thinking about turning this bread machine version into the oven version, and make two small toasts, eat one, get one for free. While preparing the ingredients, I became suspicious. Is it possible that the dough is too soft and difficult to shape? I felt dizzy and suddenly lost interest, so I simply made the bread machine version as is to save trouble.
