Cut the pork belly into pieces, cut the salted fish into pieces, and cut the old tofu into pieces. Each ingredient needs to be cut into the same size

Blanch the pork belly, salted fish and tofu separately, then heat the pot and add a small amount of peanut oil, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add two spoons of sugar, add the pork belly after the sugar melts, stir-fry until the pork belly starts to release oil, add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine, add water until the meat is covered with water, add a few star anise, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour, add salted fish and old tofu and continue cooking for half an hour.
