  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and cornstarch

  2. Add a small amount of water and stir, being careful not to add too much water at once.

  3. Stir until there are no lumps

  4. Add a little salt

  5. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Be sure to boil until the water boils

  6. Pour the slurry you just mixed onto the side of the pot

  7. Wait for the rice milk to harden and quickly shovel it into the pot

  8. Cook for a while

  9. Add oil, coriander, chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt

  10. After scooping up, add braised eggs or marinated ingredients. I added vegetables and cooked meat.
