Steps
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat until smooth
-
Add the egg liquid one at a time and beat until the egg liquid and butter are completely combined and there is no separation of water and oil.
-
Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well
-
Put it into a piece of folded oil paper and roll it into a dough piece of about 3 mm. Chill in the refrigerator for a while and take out. In fact, it is better to freeze it for a while. But there is no room in my refrigerator, so I might as well refrigerate it.
-
While the dough is chilling, draw out the components
-
Cut it, try to assemble it, and then trim it
-
Place the drawn drawing on the dough sheet and cut out the shape with a knife. If it is frozen dough, it is easier to cut
-
Tear off the excess dough and carefully trim the edges
-
Place in the middle rack of the Petrus oven, heat up and down to 160 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes, until slightly browned. The specific time should be increased or decreased according to the thickness of the biscuits
-
Take it out, let it cool, and then assemble it together. If the interface is not suitable, you can use a carving knife to slightly scrape off some of it. But be careful, the biscuits are very crispy, don’t use too much force to avoid breaking

What the side of the sled looks like after assembly
-
Mix the dry Pez and fondant dough, dip a toothpick in a little coloring, and spread it into the fondant dough and mix thoroughly. Make golden bells and red neck rings for the reindeer
-
Pinch a little bit of green and press it into an oval shape. Use scissors to cut out the leaf shape and carve out the veins. Twist the brown hair into three strips, turn them into braids, and connect them in a loop. Glue the prepared leaves one by one. The double layer has a more three-dimensional effect. The tips of the leaves are glued so that the other end is raised
-
Roll the red color into small balls, hold it with tweezers, place it in the corresponding position and assemble the finished sled
-
In the same way, mix out the flesh-colored fondant skin and roll it into a ball. This is the head. Then take two pieces and make them into bulging cheeks, and put on the nose and eyes
-
The red nose is fixed, and the white beard is made around the face. The red hemisphere hat is surrounded by a white brim. Use a little white to make the whites of your eyes, and draw your eyebrows and eyelashes
-
Use red and white to make the body and arms, and small flesh-colored balls to make small hands. Place them in the sled and tilt the body slightly to give it a dynamic feel
-
Arrange the plate, roll out a long rein according to the reindeer's position, put a red ring on the reindeer, and stick the reins on. Just put some snowflakes on it
