Cabbage and pork box

I have nothing to do these days, so I made a cabbage and pork box, which tasted pretty good.

Add yeast water to the flour, knead it into a dough, and let it warm for fermentation.

Cut the pork belly into small cubes and add soy sauce to marinate for a while.

Wash and chop the cabbage, add some salt to drain and squeeze out excess water.

Put the diced cabbage and meat into a clean basin, add chopped green onions, oil, salt, very fresh soy sauce, and chicken essence and mix thoroughly to form a filling.

After the dough has risen, knead the dough evenly, roll it into a long strip, cut it into balls, and roll it into a cake.

Take a pie and add fillings.

Wrap into boxes.

Preheat the electric baking pan, brush it with oil and put it in the box.
