It’s my first time to make steamed pork with rice flour. I think it’s okay and very fragrant. I think I’ll make it better next time

Put the rice and chili pepper into the pot and stir-fry until golden brown, then use a food processor to grind into a coarse powder

Wash the pork belly, cut into slices, marinate with cooking wine, salt, ginger, scallions, MSG and dark soy sauce for ten minutes, then mix the powder into the meat

Cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces, add some water and salt and flour and mix well

First put the mixed sweet potatoes into the steamer, spread the meat evenly on top of the sweet potatoes, steam them for half an hour and then sprinkle them with some coriander or chopped green onion
