Ingredients required: cod, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, salt, crushed black pepper, steamed fish with soy sauce.

A pinch of salt.

Just enough black pepper and spread evenly on both sides of the fish. Marinate for half an hour to develop the flavor.

Shred the onion and ginger and place on top of the fish.

Steam under boiling water for eight minutes.

Remove the steamed scallions and ginger and cut new ones on top.

Add two tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce.

Finally, pour hot oil over the onion and ginger.
