Clean the chicken wings and chicken legs and put them in a basin. Use a small fork to insert small holes one by one.

Pour in 80g of Orleans grilled wing ingredients, appropriate amount of honey, black pepper, and stir evenly (you can omit the black pepper and honey if you don’t have them)

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Flip a few times to allow the chicken wings to absorb the flavor

The marinated chicken wings are first coated with a layer of starch (if there is no starch, use flour instead)

Add another layer of whole egg liquid

Coat it with another layer of bread crumbs (if there is no bread crumbs, wrap it with another layer of starch)

Wrap one and place it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil

All wrapped up (the remaining chicken wings can be frozen in the refrigerator and grilled directly when you want to eat them)

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200°C and 210°C for 30 minutes

Use chopsticks to prick it lightly and it’s cooked

Very crispy and almost as crispy as KFC’s chicken wings, less grilled and my husband didn’t even get enough haha
