Braised Shrimp with Wild Wild Rice Oil
Overview
Tip of the Tongue 2 has an episode that recommends Braised Wild Rice with Shrimp. The tender wild rice is so plump and lovable. The dried shrimp roe with a strong river flavor makes people’s mouths lick. This is an authentic Jiangnan side dish. I searched all over the market but couldn't find any shrimp, so I had to use prawns instead.
