Stir-fried carrots and lettuce
Overview
A light and refreshing vegetarian dish, stir-fried in a cast iron wok, and tastes very good. Usually fried lettuce is always soupy, but not this time.

Wash the carrots and cut into slices.

Wash the lettuce, select stems and cut into sections.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions and ginger until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry.

Fry the lettuce in the pan.

Add salt and stir-fry until evenly mixed and turn off the heat.

Serve and enjoy.
