Silky durian layer cake
Overview
I have always loved eating durian mille-feuille, so I made one myself today to satisfy my craving~ I don’t have to buy it at a high price anymore, I just make it myself and I will have enough food and clothing!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat the eggs, add milk, icing sugar and melted butter and beat well. Then sift in the low-gluten flour and beat well. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
When choosing durian, it is best to choose one with golden color and plump flesh, which will have a better taste! The one I use is the Musang King durian imported from Malaysia.
-
Core the durian and crush it.
-
Whip the cream with a little powdered sugar and set aside.
-
Fry the batter in a non-stick pan, using about a spoonful for each skin. After frying, place it on a water-free plate and freeze it for a while before use.
-
Use a waterless plate, spread out an egg skin, spread a thin layer of cream, then a layer of durian meat, and so on. Mix the durian flesh with cream to make it easier to spread.
-
Take a picture of the finished product, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and cut it, then you can enjoy the delicious food!
-
Although the layers of the cut surface are not very distinct, probably because of the durian meat, the taste is excellent~
