Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the fish you bought, apply salt on both sides, and soak for about 5 minutes (this step is very important. Many people say that the fish sticks to the pan when fried. If you do this step well, you can avoid the above situation)
-
While the fish is soaking, wash and chop the ginger, onion, and garlic. If you like spicy food, you can chop some more chili peppers.
-
Heat oil in the pan, put in the fish and start frying (Be sure to control the water before putting the fish in the pan, otherwise it will splash out and it will be very painful if you get it on your body!)
-
Fry one side until golden brown, flip over and fry the other side
-
After frying both sides, put it out on a plate
-
Sauté ginger, garlic and onions in the oil at the bottom of the pot
-
Pour in soy sauce, add tempeh, then add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil
-
After the sauce is boiled, put the fried fish into the fire and cook for about 3 minutes
-
When the juice is almost gone, add the green onions and mix evenly, OK!
-
It’s out! (Since the sea fish itself is a bit salty, and it has been soaked in salt before, soy sauce and tempeh are also added in the process. If it is not very strong, you don’t need to add other seasonings!)
