  1. Chop ginger, onion, and garlic.

  2. Wash the fish head and soak it in salt for ten minutes.

  3. Tempeh.

  4. Drain the water in the wok, pour in the oil, heat it up, add the fish head and fry until both sides are golden brown.

  5. Turn over to the other side.

  6. Add appropriate amount of water.

  7. Add tempeh, ginger, and garlic.

  8. Add soy sauce.

  9. Cover the pot and reduce the sauce over medium-low heat.

  10. Sprinkle in the chopped green onions and stir-fry for a few times before serving. (Please make allowances for the light at night.)
