Luffa and crucian carp soup
Overview
Luffa and crucian carp are stewed together. The umami flavor of the loofah not only removes the fishy smell, but also makes the soup more nutritious. It is said that this soup has a lactation effect and is most suitable as a postpartum meal.

Fresh wild crucian carp obtained from fishing, cleaned and drained

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add crucian carp and fry until brown on both sides
