Steps
-
Pour pure coffee powder into milk. Heat the milk over low heat until the milk boils.
-
Take 4 egg yolks, add fine sugar, and mix with an electric egg beater until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes slightly fluffy.
-
Stirred egg liquid
-
Slowly pour the boiling milk coffee liquid into the beaten egg liquid, stirring while pouring. Be sure to pour slowly to prevent the egg yolk from being cooked and forming a solid state.
-
Chop dark chocolate and set aside.
-
Pour the liquid in step 4 into the pot and heat over low heat again, being careful not to boil. Control the temperature to about 85 degrees, and then quickly turn off the heat. Add the chocolate chips into the hot liquid and mix well. The pudding liquid is already ready.
-
Pour the prepared pudding liquid into a mold, preferably a pudding bottle, and refrigerate it overnight before eating. It tastes great.
